Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at our clothing boutique! We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or gift cards for returns, provided that the item(s) meet the following conditions:

• The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
• The item(s) must not have any stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned items. Instead, we will issue either an exchange or a gift card for the full value of the item(s) being returned.

To initiate a return, please bring your item(s) to our store with your original receipt. If you are unable to visit our store in person, please contact us via email to arrange for a return shipment. However, we want to make sure our customers understand they will be responsible for shipping when returning items.
